Welcome to Camp Impact 2009. Our program is a summer day camp that is designed to offer the ultimate camp experience for elementary-age children. This year, our camp offers a new, unique environment that allows your child to enjoy the daily rotation of crafts, team-building games, drama, outside recreational activities, and nature studies, along with a variety of other interesting and fun events. This daily rotation schedule allows age-appropriate activities for your child’s grade level. This energizing program allows Camp Impact to keep your child active by offering fresh activities each day.
Camp Impact is hiring staff members who have a strong desire to love children as Christ loves them. These dedicated counselors train in CPR and First Aid to ensure your child’s safety. We maintain a 1:10 staff to camper ratio to focus on individual attention and building one-on-one relationships.
Dates: Camp begins Monday, June 1st and will run through Friday, July 31st. Camp Impact is open to all children who will be entering first through fifth grades in the coming school year (2009-2010).
Hours: Camp begins each morning at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. All campers will be dropped off and picked up at the designated site at Mabel White Memorial Baptist Church, 1415 Bass Road.

Camp Impact will enjoy the benefits and beauty of two wonderful campuses: the Mabel White Baptist Church campus and Tabernacle Lake, a camp facility owned by Tabernacle Baptist Church. Tabernacle Lake boasts 100 acres of rustic beauty off Thomaston Road including natural woodlands and wetlands with a 15-acre lake, game fields, nature trails, picnic pavilions, and much, much more. The Mabel White campus offers 40 acres on Bass Road, complete with lots of creative indoor space to provide your children with some fun activities away from the summer heat.
